A Great Task Tracking Product! Lots of Future Potential!
This is a great, snappy, and fun desktop application to use. I appreciate the simplicity it offers for keeping track of many different lists of tasks, and allowing you to focus on just one at a time with time-tracking. The UI is clear and compelling. BIGGEST PROS One stick-out feature is the Integrations. Currently, it only supports Notion, but more will come in the future. This is bringing what I wanted in Notion Home, related multiple action databases from multiple different Notion Workspaces (Instead of restricting to 1 workspace only). You can also have proper focus modes where you clearly see what your current task is at all times without it clogging your screen. This linked with Notion is a BIG DEAL. You can close Notion and see exactly what you need work on right now. You can also prioritize specific work flows. Tick-Tick has a similar feature, but does not sync very well with other applications. Akiflow works well too, but is VERY expensive. Blitzit is reasonably priced with the optional life-time purchase (ca.$100, $77 on-sale). The main biggest downside right now is it is still in BETA. Some of the polish of other To-Do List applications like Tick-Tick, and Todoist are not here. Some examples are: Mass Deletion of Tasks Mass Editing of Tasks Small Assortment of Shortcuts (Some great starting ones though!) Natural Language Inputs (In the Task Name adding @Today to change task to Today) The Notion Integration does not allow for broad filtering as well, you are stuck with only filtering via Status, and can only update the Status. Overall, Great Potential if the application keeps getting updated!
